Jonathan Cahn

Jonathan grew up in a Jewish home and was fascinated by the miracles that happened during the time of Moses and the prophets. Wondering why we do not experience these things today, he began to read the Scriptures more closely. He noticed that some verses sounded strangely “Christian” to him, such as Micah’s prophecy about the Messiah being born in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2). Intrigued, Jonathan started reading the New Testament and was shocked to see that Jesus was, in fact, Jewish! But he was afraid of how his life would change if he accepted the Messiah and could not make a commitment. So, things remained status quo—until God intervened in a very unexpected way!
